What is Dino IPTV Player?

Dino is a media player for the IPTV service you already subscribe to. It does not include or provide any channels, movies, or streams — you bring your own Xtream Codes login or M3U playlist, or connect your own Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby server.

How do I add my provider?

On the login screen, under "Add a Provider," choose "Xtream Codes" or "M3U Playlist," enter the details your provider gave you, and tap "Save and Connect."

How does the free trial and Pro unlock work?

A 7-day free trial starts automatically on first launch. After that, a one-time "Pro" unlock keeps all features — there's no subscription.

How do I back up or move my setup to another device?

Open Settings → Cloud Sync and sign in with Apple or Google. Your providers and layout back up securely and restore on your other devices.

A channel or stream won't play. What can I do?

Playback depends on your own provider or server. Check that your subscription is active and the stream works in another player, then email us with details and we'll help troubleshoot.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
